Open to both hotel guests and the city, the restaurant is integrated into the renovation of the common areas and reinterprets the historical link with the former Granja Ultonia through a contemporary, elegant and welcoming approach.

Restaurant Ultonia offers a concept designed to adapt to the different rhythms of the day and the week. From Monday to Friday at lunchtime, the Executive Menu is a carefully crafted and accessible option for those looking to enjoy good food during the week. At weekends, the Weekend Menu invites guests to slow down, with the product taking centre stage.
À la carte menu and wine cellar
The à la carte menu focuses on honest, product-driven cuisine, with recognisable and well-executed dishes. The wine cellar completes the experience with a selection that highlights local wines, Catalan denominations of origin and small producers.
Café · From morning to evening
In the mornings and afternoons, the restaurant also operates as a café, with a menu designed for breakfast, coffee, aperitifs or light meals between hours. A flexible proposal to take a break, meet up or enjoy the space at a relaxed pace.

Restaurant Ultonia is also a space designed for celebrating and sharing.
